The 60-Day Promise
Try your Snugday belt for 60 days from delivery. Not for you? Email us within those 60 days for a full refund. No need to send it back.
How it works
- Email hello@snugday.com with your order number. One line is enough.
- We refund your full order to your original payment method. You don't need to send the belt back.
- Refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Lost or damaged in transit?
If your parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (with a photo if it's damaged) and we'll send a new one at no cost.
